We want you to love every Ævenue piece. If something is not quite right, we offer 30 days to return your order — longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal required by Danish and EU law.

Your 30-day return promise

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price. Simply contact us at info@aevenue.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, and we will send you return instructions.

Conditions for returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance and body care products can only be returned if they are:

• Unopened and unused, with the original seal or cellophane intact
• In their original packaging, in a resaleable condition
• Returned with all accessories, including reeds, cases and certificates

Opened products can unfortunately not be returned unless they are faulty. Complimentary discovery samples may be opened and do not need to be returned.

Limited Edition

Ævenue X Limited Edition may be returned within 30 days provided the bottle is unopened, the numbered seal is intact and the linen case and certificate of authenticity are included.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Your statutory rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven) are not affected.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery costs are refunded only if the full order is returned within the 14-day withdrawal period. Unless the item is faulty, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Exchanges

If you would like a different scent or product, simply return the original item and place a new order — this is the fastest way to receive your new choice.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven) you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. To use this right, send us a clear statement by email before the deadline. Our 30-day return promise extends this period.
